Beach Clean up |

I got Aree to ask if Dim would help with the clean up and she declined, so we said that perhaps she could pay for the THB500 an hour truck since she is not going to pay for Anna's room to be repaired ... she agreed, but not coughed up the money yet. |

We started out at 9 am with a truck provided by Poo Yai Poon. |

There was quite a bit of sand mixed in with the rubble and we tried our best to leave the sand. |

I got in with a rake and shovel as there was quite a bit of muck and smell around. |

Ya and Bom woke up early (for them) and joined in. |

and their rubbish of a store .. They did not offer to help with the clean up but asked us not to throw away their property. We said that if they wanted anything then they should take it to their own land instead of dumping it on the beach. They said they would but never did, so we threw it up on their balcony... |

Even cleaning up the rubble around the septic tank outlet. My thoughts on that is that we can smell it, so why not have it visible. |

We did ask them if they wanted us to put the concrete tanks in the truck today but they said that they need a week to adjust the plumbing. So the plan is to have a truck here again next Saturday to take away some more rubbish including the septic tanks. I'll believe it when I see it. |

So the workers had a well deserved lunch... |

And the squatters put the washing machine on and sent the wastewater directly out onto the beach that we had just cleaned. Same old same old |
