Khun Prawet came and inspected our Chanote pegs and told us that we had some wooden decking sticking out over the beach and perhaps should look at cutting it back ... but not interested in looking at the detail next door, saying it was a Police matter. We tried to explain to him our plans to redevelop the site and put everything within the 10 metre rule etc, but no real interest. He is new to Samui so maybe he is still trying to find his feet.
