This is us the original Nor Sor Sam Gor title deed (I had 2 scans as it was too long)

Kia Ora (Thailand) Company limited bought the land on 28 March 2544 (2001) and the title was Nor Sor Sam Gor.

The title was changed to Chanote on 4 November 2545 (2002) - still owned by Kia Ora (Thailand) Company Limited.

When you go to the land office and search the titles, there is no land directly to the North or West as it is all beach / Crown land - and on the East side it is road.

We built a 2 metre wall just inside the perimiter of our North-East corner. The reason this was built was to provide some privacy to both us and Dim while we waited for her to pay for her new house in Plai Laem and pay for her childrens education.

While waiting, my family grew so we had to temporarily add another bedroom for the 3 growing kids. This third bedroom is the one that they have come and attached themselves to.

They also included my corner post within their house and have gradually crept further and further onto the beach
