Letter From Khun Watcharapng Praipan, High level police official at the Chaweng Police office. The letter has been sent to the Tessaban and other parties. We never got a chance to check it and it is slightly unclear - which is why the harbour board was asking us about our decking as opposed to going and looking at the neighbours.

Please note. Our first official visit was on 4 October 2007 when they completed a detailed report. They even came to the site and took some photos.

We had to go back to see them on 16 October and repeat the same story to the same person, but this time it was typed into a computer and we had to sign it again and provide more photos.
